Anonymous Hacks Sarah Palin’s Email Account Seeking "Scientology Connections"

“Anonymous” has taken credit for hacking Vice-presidential candidate Sarah Palin’s private Yahoo e-mail account. WikiLeaks said Anonymous gained access to Palin’s account around midnight on Tuesday:

“The internet griefers known as Anonymous took credit for the intrusion, and screenshots of e-mail messages and photos belonging to the Alaska governor have been published by WikiLeaks. Threat Level has confirmed the authenticity of at least one of the e-mails.”

According to one Anonymous (see comments), Palin is connected to Scientology:

“Sarah Palin is connected to Scientology. Here’s how:

She has been, and still continues to be, deeply involved with the ultra-right-wing “Dominionist” church movement.

The main nexus for the Dominionists is the “Committee on National Policy”, which strangely includes non-Christian organizations such as, yes, The Church of Scientology.

The leading “Dominionist” church is MorningStar ministries, which despite being a Christian church, leans heavily on “supernatural” themes and blatantly uses the Scientology Cross in their logo:

There is no evidence that Anonymous hacked her because of her “Scientology connections,” but it wouldn’t be the first time that their irrational witchhunt has led to the persectution of non-Scientologists.

Again, wired has made the same mistake you do, though not intentionally. anonymous action =/= Anonymous. By your logic that makes Anonymous the greatest humanitarian force on earth because of the billions donated anonymously to charity annually and the thousands of crimes solved through anonymous tip offs.

Yay, more Tabloid journalism that makes News of the World seem credible.

<>Are you saying that Wired is not a credible source of information? Because I didn’t change their story one bit.Tom Newton <>

I’m saying Wired got their story wrong or the people they got their story from did. I’m guessing the original author doesn’t understand how the internet works in the sense that they don’t understand anonymous action=/=anonymous.

<>Are you saying that Wired is not a credible source of information? Because I didn’t change their story one bit.<>Read the other reports “Anonymous is the same group responsible for such stunts as the NFL dirty bomb threat in October 2006, and has more recently been behind organized global protests of Scientology.”This isn’t the group of people protesting scientology, they’re reffering to /b/, this report has all the accuracy of the fox news scare hour. If we look at still more reports we see “An activist group calling itself ‘anonymous'”This is just a case of someone posting anonymously and then a simple misunderstanding spreading.

    >This isn't the group of people protesting scientology, they're reffering to /b/Funny how the protester Anons claim Anonymous and the Chans are two different things when something bad happens, but they won't hesitate to take credit for the few good things the chans did (Hal Turner, Chris Forcand)

^I think the chans have expressed their desire to distance themselves from Anonymous, calling it moralfaggotry. Funny how anything that makes Anonymous look bad is treated as gospel by Tom but anything which makes them look good must be fabricated.

<>Anonymous is pretty much to teh Scientologists what Satanists are to Christians, amirite?<>Considering LRH said his mission “could be said to fulfill the Biblical promise represented by this brief anti-Christ period.” (“OT VIII Series I,” HCO Policy Letter of 5 May 1980 by L. Ron Hubbard) and his own son admitted LRH raised his family as Satanist and was an avid follower of Crowley’s Black Magick himself…I’d say Scientology were the satanists to Christianity!LRH Jr. to Penthouse Magazine –“The rest stem from his own secret life, which was deeply involved in the occult and black-magic.”[…]“Also, I’ve got to complete this by saying that he thought of himself as the Beast 666 incarnate.”[…]“I believed in Satanism. There was no other religion in the house! Scientology and black magic. What a lot of people don’t realize is that <>Scientology is black magic that is just spread out over a long time period.<> To perform black magic generally takes a few hours or, at most, a few weeks. But in Scientology it’s stretched out over a lifetime, and so you don’t see it. Black magic is the inner core of Scientology –and it is probably the only part of Scientology that really works. Also, you’ve got to realize that my father did not worship Satan. <>He thought he was Satan.<> He was one with Satan. He had a direct pipeline of communication and power with him. <>My father wouldn’t have worshiped anything. I mean, when you think you’re the most powerful being in the universe, you have no respect for anything, let alone worship.”<>Tom, you can try calling LRH Jr. a liar, but he would obviously know better about his dad than the webmaster of scientology.org, so don’t even bother.

^and many people that join Scientology believe that Jesus was the son of God even though higher OT levels teach that Christianity is just a product of thetan brain washing.

<>I don’t believe in Satan or Jesus. The notion that LRH knew Satan personally is ludicrous.By the way..do Christian Anonymous members enjoy Pedobear?Tom Newton<>

  25. Anonymous on

Of course LRH Jr. is a liar, he just knew more about the origins of Scientology than anyone else, excluding LRH himself, and was there at it’s inception and talked to the man himself about the very subject in depth…of course you would know more about it, especially as you claim not to be a Scientologist and also that you don’t know much about it at all! You’re being obvious Thomas, and you wouldn’t realise you were worshipping Satan all along until you gave your shirt to reach OTVIII and you found out that Hubbard was the antichrist all along!Oh boy, were you suckered.

On a side note heres the thing I dont get; why did she have a yahoo account? o.OSurely a person running to be vice president of USA would have her own domain? No one i know around here who runs as an MP has a yahoo, hotmail or gmail account?Just to say im not saying “it didnt happen” rather, “I find it amusing that she has a yahoo account” xDHmmmn debate, i dont think Toms up for it.. also come to think of it I’m in the UK, might be a bit odd to arrange a correct time for every one, so it’s probably better if you lot arrange to meet on skype or sommat :S But you’d need a fair ref from the US to like block people from speaking or something :S

<>Xenus?<>If the OTIII story is true why did the people that make it public get sued by the CO$ for copyright violation, why would you claim copyright over something you don’t own? Either the Xenu story is true or the CO$ abused the legal system to attack a critic (or both)

<>Bullshit. There is no Anti-Christ, Beast, Jesus, Satan…Cool fairytale, but nahh…utter BS.<>I didn’t say there was, but LRH sure believed in them…except Jesus though, he claimed there was no Christ.Get a clue, or become an hero.
