CHURCH OF SCIENTOLOGY BEATS ANTI-SCIENTOLOGY CAMPAIGN

The Church of Scientology in Berlin won a major case against the Anti-Scientologist campaign. This win may have immediate repercussions for Anti-Scientology Racketeers and the sinister cyber-bully collective known as “Anonymous”.

According to Sebine Weber, president of the Church of Scientology of Berlin, the:

“…hate campaign was in complete violation of the law…We are happy that the Court has reaffirmed our right to religious freedom.”

Their victory confirms what I have been saying all along. Others are waking up and recognizing that Anonymous and the Anti-Scientology Racket represent an attack on all of our fundamental freedoms.

This video shows is proof: Germany has not learned anything. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bfh1lhXA3r0The problem in Germany is the lack of constitutional security. The Basic Law can be changed to make it fit as needed. Many people don’t realize that German politicians can change the Basic Law to further restrict or limit personal freedom without the input of the German public.

Thanks for the link Tom, you could learn a lot from that site. It demonstrates true impartial blogging, really it’s the exact opposite of what you do. While you provide venom filled posts, constant demonisation, outright threats, fabrications, hate mongering, bigotry, libel and defamation they just cite articles and allow the reader to draw conclusions. I guess that’s because they’re secure in their point of view whereas deep down you know that your views are incompatible with reality and therefore require serious distortion to reach.Read more:http://scientology-is-a-hate-group-news.newslib.com/

If anonymous was attacking “freedom”, they’d also be targeting the freezone – which they are not.In fact, anonymous and the freezone share a common complaint: That the Cof$ (the freezone’s shorthand, BTW) is abusing copyright in order to maintain a monopoly on the so-called “tech”…to protect their profit-margins and maintain control over members…to make it difficult for scholars to analyze the philosophy and workings of the CoS and generally to avoid scrutiny.I personally love the freezoners. They seem alright. They’re all for providing information freely, not only for other freezoners, but also for scholars. Unlike the CoS, they are not being secretive about what they believe, even though it will leave them vulnerable to scrutiny. I personally think Dianetics and most of what LRH has written is total bunk (or plagiarised), but each to their own. Live and let live and all that…Those with nothing to hide, hide nothing.…and CoS as an ORGANIZATION is deceptive and exploitative. Plain and simple. This post has proven nothing, other than the author is persistent.Persist and wrong.

Scientology “churches” are not normal churches. The mordern Scientology churches today evolved from the 1950s Dinaetics centers which were training and therapy centers, for the Dianetics therapists. That business model setup Hubbard didn’t change, which is why Scientology churches today retain that business like therapy training and therapy delivery center atmosphere. Scientology professes to be a spirtual activity, it deals with soul improvement.he “soul” (they call it a “thetan”)is addresses with the Hubbard spiritual talk therapy procedures, is all.We are the main soul in our bodies. There are two plateaus of spiritual improvement, supposedly, the “lower levels” arrive one at the “Clear” status, where one’s own soul, oneself really, is free of all one’s self created this and past lives mental accumulated trauma. The second plateau, the “upper levels”, mainly deals with removal of the “body thetans” where are tens of thousands of surplus souls that infest each of us unknowingly. This is the kooky stuff, the science fiction stuff, the alien soul exorcism stuff, and Scientologist are tied up in their dead founder’s rules, L. Ron Hubbard, which prevent them from discussing the Xenu alien leader’s “Wall of Fire” holocaust mass murder of zillions of alien humanoids near earth’s volcanoes 75 million years ago, which is how earth’s population of these unseen, bodiless, dead alien souls (which were implanted with false ideas), and these alien bodiless souls call “body thetans” roam earth still today, affixing themselves to every person on earth.Only L. Ron Hubbard’s Scientology “upper levels” spiritual therapy procedures can we remove these troublesome alien souls affixed to us which are causing us unknowing spiritual troubles. After all this spiritual therapy, the top Scientologists are supposed to be now ready to do the REAL spiritual exercises to regain their super powers as the pure souls we are.Hubbard’s Scientology is just a long bridge sold the dupes.NO ONE GETS THE FLYING OUT OF THE BODY ABILITIES that Hubbard implies one will get.“TOM CRUISE CAN’T FLY” and neither was Hubbard able to fly, at will, out of his body, as a super powerful soul.Hubbard was still removing “body thetans” from himself, in Dec 1985, a month before he passed away.Today, their “churches” are really therapy training and delivery centers, they kept the same basic organizational setup as the original Dianetics centers of the early 1950s.Today Scientology staffers proselitize zealously their parishioners on individual therapy services, and generally can put a lot of pressure, urging their members as a routine, to keep progressing step by step, next training or next therapy level, and Scientology is all laid out in levels, step by step, training and therapy steps (“spiritual” therapy levels), and thus there are staff whose job it is to chase up parishioners and urge them onto their next steps. All the time. So that is how they prey upon their parishioners in general. If some overly enthusiastic Scientology staffers are chasing up their members over zealously, then these tragedies of over pressuring occur, and Scientology in general keeps producing these types of tragedies, due to Hubbard’s blindspot on respect psychiatry and psychology at all. Hubbard’s hatred of the psychiatric community, his prejudices, are “church” policy, and they have as a group serious self propagandized themselves to avoid anything to do with psychiatry. So, when they have parishioners who genuinely need proper mental health care, Scientologists will NOT urge those members to go get proper mental health treatment. Such fragile people, are the ones left the poor options of doing Scientology training and therapy, which does NOT work to deal with real mental health issues (I mean, the “upper levels” of Scientology believe our troubles are caused by alien souls that infest our bodies, I mean Scientology’s belief system NEEDS to be fully discussed analytically in the public domain, it is just an abomination of science fiction space alien exorcism and completely irresponsible to expect the world to allow them to push this as mankind’s only hope, which they do).People in trouble, needing mental health treatment, who stumble somehow into Scientology, thinking they are going to get good mental treatment, if their mental health is fragile enough, THOSE are the people Scientology messes up.And if overzealous undereducated Scientologists are overly money grubbing and pressuring, well it is that predicament which leads to these tragedies. When someone becomes a Scientologist, their psychiatric mental health options are eliminated, and that’s how these tragedies keep on happening. Scientology’s atmosphere to psychiatry is like Christian Science’s atmosphere is to medical treatment, or like how some extreme fundamentalist faith healing groups’ atmosphere is to doctor treatment.Chuck Beattyex Scientology staffer (1975-2003)chuckbeatty77@aol.com412-260-1170 Pittsburgh, USA (anyone call me after 9pm east coast time)http://tinyurl.com/5xkdl5

^^^Wow, thanks so much for writing that! Not having been in Scientology, there are many nuances that are hard to glean from secondary and primary docs alone. The description you gave of ‘clear’ and the ‘upper levels’ are really helpful, and you’ve given me much to think about in terms of what the Scientology enterprise really is. The more I hear, the more parallels seem to emerge between the Scientology and pyramid/MLM schemes, especially with the whole high-pressure proselytizing/sales techniques. There are still a few bits of the puzzle that haven’t found homes in my head, but your eloquent description has definitely filled in a few blanks for me.Anyhow, I really appreciate you taking the time to write that, so thank-you! 🙂
