"ANGRY GAY POPE" INSULTING POLICE OFFICERS

Anonymous hate group activist Donald “The Angry Gay Pope” Myers is using his “protest” videos to attack police officers in Hemet, California. In one video, Myer’s described Sgt. David S. “Curly” Kurylowicz as a fat, corrupt, impolite cop:

The Angry Gay Pope and his side-kick ‘Xenu-Smurf” are known for sexually harassing men in uniform. This too, is reflected in their videos:

Xenu Smurf 45 minutes ago

Sheesh… Pope. You’re such a fucking queer!! Oh wait, so am I. Absolutely loved (and drooled over) the leg & crotch shot at 1:54. You didn’t happen to get Deputy Graham’s first name did you? He was delicious. You did a fabulous job.. but no more flower killing, ‘kay? OK, back to the deputy crotch shot…..”

Although I believe that the Angry Gay Pope is committing the offense of “insulting a police officer”, I don’t know for sure. Therefore, I took the liberty of sending a link to the police department in Hemet, California so they can check it out for themselves. I will be following up on this letter with a phone call on Monday:

At first i thought about using that same contact formular to smear Tom with his own tactics. I have his name and full address. But then i reconsidered it and recognized that i don’t really want to step down to Tom’s lowlevel trolling tactics.I’ll do the right thing instead and give the Hemet police Tom’s dox along with the proof that he comitted identity theft πŸ™‚

<>Donald Myers will be charged with Insulting a Police Officer.<>‘Insulting a police officer’ isn’t a specific crime so he couldn’t be charged with it.

<>What I meant, Nankei, is that if a crime has been committed, they will address it as they see fit. Please stop trying to paint me up as “Anti-Anonymous”. I’m more of a “critic” anyway. Tom<>

“Tom it is not a crime. Why you are demanding illeagle actions by police?”<>Modern communication techonologies require new interpretations for old laws. If you were go up to a police officer during one of your protests, and call him a “fat corrupt pig”, I guarantee you, that you would be charged with something.Angry Gay Pope did the same thing, only he posted his “fat corrupt pig” comments on the Internet. This potentially reaches more people than if he had said it face-to-face.Like most Anonymous members, Angry Gay Pope is too chicken to say anything face-to-face and therefore hides behind his computer screen where he can attack others’ in relative safety. Tom<>

You are still demanding illegal actions. It is not illegal to call names on the internet.Cops don’t have a special law to protect them from name calling but they do look for real reason to arrest them.

“Please stop trying to paint me up as “Anti-Anonymous”. I’m more of a “critic” anyway.”<>LOL your actions just scream “Anti-Anonymous” I am not trying to paint you in anyway.you are just as “Anti-Anonymous” as Anonymous is “Anti-Scientologist”P.S.<>“What I meant, Nankei, is that if a crime has been committed, they will address it as they see fit.”<>No law was violated but the ones you violated. You are just spamming a local law enforcement website.<>

Methinks that “Tom” is confuzzled! It’s understandable. Must be hard trying to make sense of a world filtered through a lens of faulty premises. But I digress…“Assaulting” a police officer <>sounds<> a lot like “insulting” a police officer, only one of these things is not actually a crime…not in the USA, anyhow – as far as I know.I think this is where he went wrong. Though, you’d think that even a cursory glance at the US constitution would make him go <>hang, on a tic, that can’t possibly be a crime!<> alas, alak, ’twas not his day for noticing the obvious. Oh well. Now, onto what I’d have personally argued if I were “Tom” (See, ain’t I nice, helping him out like this?) πŸ˜€Possibly the label of “corrupt”, and subsequent publication of this description online could be interpreted as defamation. Even so, getting a defamation case to stand would probably be difficult as ‘corrupt’ could be interpreted – for example – as ‘morally corrupt’…or anything remotely subjective, which would push the statement into the realm of opinion. Also, the waters might be muddied because the statements were published online (Problems of Editorial Control and Jurisdiction). Also – I’m pretty sure the plaintiff would have to demonstrate damages (like to reputation, or ability to preform duty as a police officer), AND clearly link them to AGP…which, again, would probably make the whole deal more trouble than it’s worth, but probably the least unpromising line of argument “Tom” could take here.Oh and one more thing:<>Like most Anonymous members, Angry Gay Pope is too chicken to say anything face-to-face and therefore hides behind his computer screen where he can attack others’ in relative safety.Tom<>Anyone else find this delightfully ironic? πŸ™‚
